Scanlane Pro is sold only through Apple's App Store. For sales in the EU, Apple is the seller: Apple bills the customer and pays the VAT due. Neltacore, LLC therefore has no VAT identification number. It has no German business identification number (Wirtschafts-Identifikationsnummer) either.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
